What is the cost of shipping?

All our items are shipped free in United Kingdom. Contact us if you are outside UK or countries under European Union for shipping prices for your location. 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in real time by referring to the shipping confirmation email of your purchase sent. Alternatively, you can click on the "Track Order" tab. For direct assistance, you can also contact us at info@orreoriginals.com.Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers, where we will ship your items within 1 day. Please see below for the expected delivery times.Please note: Shipping times may be longer than the estimates provided below due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog.

How long does delivery take?

Usually, delivery takes 2-3 days. However, due to high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 1 week for delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times, please reach out to our support team at info@orreoriginals.com. If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Do you ship products internationally?

We ships a significant number of items worldwide every day. We have many satisfied customers in every corner of the world! Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order if we are unable to ship to certain areas of the world. However, we always strive to make our awesome products available to everyone.

Why was I charged $X.XX when $XX.XX appears on PayPal or my invoice?

This discrepancy is due to the website charging in GBP. Please note that while the prices may be displayed in your local currency, you will be charged in GBP.

I recently placed an order with multiple items. Can I combine them into one package?

Yes, it is possible to combine multiple orders into 1 packaging.

I provided the wrong shipping address and/or selected the wrong size/variant. Can I make changes?

If this happens, please email info@orreoriginals.com as soon as possible. We might be able to assist you, but we cannot guarantee it. Please note that our items are typically processed immediately after you place the order and are shipped out the same day or within a few days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Nonetheless, please contact us, as we still care and will try to make it right for you.
